Boosting screening & enrollment rates in a global oncology trial

This Phase III global clinical trial for patients with either stage IIIB or IV unresectable melanoma involved 118 research sites across 25 countries. For this particular study, the sponsor had never run an oncology study before, so we were commissioned to provide in-country support to help sites overcome patient recruitment challenges.
