A Stellar Start to 2021 for Lucid Group

- PMLiVE

It’s been a stellar start to 2021 for Lucid Group, which has welcomed 38 new starters into the company since the beginning of the year. These include 15 Client Services colleagues, 14 medical writers, 5 scientific directors, 3 new people supporting our Finance and Legal central services teams and 1 new business leader.

Aside from the many new talent acquisitions made, Lucid has also been busy celebrating the successes from within its own teams with a total of 24 promotions. This included Sally Stringer being promoted to Managing Partner of the HealthCare21 team.

Sally commented, “I am thrilled to be taking the helm, to ensure the HealthCare21 team continues to inspire and invigorate our clients, maintain our values and drive positive transformation within healthcare.”

Another two of these promotions were into new, exciting roles: Tanya Goodyear was appointed Director of Innovation and Technology and Cheryl Harrison Doyle was promoted to Global Asset Strategy Director. Before moving into her new role, Tanya was Managing Partner for Lucid’s medcomms team, Origins, and Cheryl previously held the position of Client Partnership Director.

Both of these new roles demonstrate Lucid’s ambition to build a global, industry-leading multi-capability healthcare communications company. It’s an extremely exciting time to be joining the organisation as it builds scale and develops new services for its clients. For example, as Global Asset Strategy Director, Cheryl will lead the identification and integration of key capabilities and programmes that go beyond medcomms to support clients in meeting their strategic priorities and improve health outcomes.

Cheryl commented, “I have been with Lucid Group now for more than 11 years and I am delighted and honoured to have the opportunity of pioneering a new capability within the organisation.  This role is fundamental to supporting our continued success, both within and beyond medical communications.  I look forward to the challenge and creating new opportunities that support our clients to meet their strategic goals.”

As a purpose-driven company, everything we do is underpinned by our passion and desire to transform the lives of those we touch, including our teams, clients, partners, our communities and for patients.

We are entering a new and exciting phase at Lucid Group. Our partnership with Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) will allow us to transform more lives than ever before. So, if you’re looking to transform yours, join us – we’re hiring!

Contact our talent acquisition managers Daniel Newbury or Lucinda Fowkes to discuss the great career opportunities we have to offer.
