Lucid Group Lucky Lunches prove a spellbinding hit this summer

- PMLiVE

Lucid Group Lucky Lunches have been running throughout the summer months, giving our teams the chance to network and connect outside of the office – as well as enjoying a very tasty lunch!

Feedback from our teams showed a huge desire to connect more; both within teams and more widely across the organisation. Lucky Lunches were an initiative devised to facilitate this networking. Employees were encouraged to set aside at least 90 minutes to attend as many luncheons as possible. Enticing locations were selected, and employees were encouraged to work from different offices so they could connect with as many colleagues as possible.

Jan Steele, Lucid Group COO and co-founder, commented, “Lucky Lunches were introduced to help people connect and feel each other’s energy throughout the summer break; it has been an overwhelming success. We will be looking at implementing further initiatives to help support our different teams connect and network when we move into our new office location”.

Lucky Lunches were run in all office locations; including New York, Macclesfield and all London offices, providing all Lucidians with the opportunity to experience the magic.
