Women remain underrepresented in healthcare leadership, and these consequences extend directly into patient care, from gender-based care inequality and longer diagnostic timelines for female patients living with a rare disease to the underrepresentation of women in clinical trials.
To address these critical gaps, each podcast episode elevates female leaders through candid conversations about closing the gender divide.
