Customer loyalty

Feelings or attitudes that incline a customer either to return to a company, shop or outlet to purchase there again, or else to repurchase a particular product, service or brand.

The term customer loyalty is generally used to outline the patterns of repeat customers, in addition to those that provide good ratings, reviews, or testimonials. Companies tend to value customer word of mouth as successful publicity and as such these customers are deemed loyal. However businesses work hard to achieve customer loyalty, by retaining existing customers to attract potential customers, by exercising strategic marketing plans.
