Healthcare communications agency, Cuttsy+Cuttsy, has announced the launch of Cuttsy Cares, in celebration of its 10th anniversary.  The agency’s charitable programme will deliver up to £10,000 to help improve the quality of life of others.

[Cambridge, Tuesday 6thApril, 2021] – Healthcare communications agency, Cuttsy+Cuttsy, has announced the launch of Cuttsy Cares, in celebration of its 10th anniversary.  The agency’s charitable programme will deliver up to £10,000 to help improve the quality of life of others.

‘Throughout our 10 years, putting people first has been central to our approach,’ says co-founder, Caroline Benson.  ‘Working to make people’s lives better is what we do whether that’s in our work for pharmaceutical companies and healthcare charities, how we support one another within the C+C team, to how we use our skills and resources to support the wider community. So, when we started to think of ways to celebrate our 10th anniversary we knew we wanted to create an initiative that would make a difference.’

Cuttsy Cares builds on from the agency’s Christmas pay-it-forward campaign, which saw staff-nominated contributions throughout December, ranging from lunch clubs for the over 65’s, physiotherapy sessions for MS management to R&R sessions for cystic fibrosis nurses at Royal Papworth hospital.

‘The Christmas campaign was a huge success,’ adds co-founder Mathew Cutts.  ‘The whole team got involved and came up with some really creative ideas to pay-it-forward and make a difference to the lives of others. Reimagining that campaign to make an even bigger impact, over a longer period of time, feels like the right thing to do, especially as so many healthcare charities continue to have a challenging time.  Giving shouldn’t be reserved for Christmas after all!’

Cuttsy Cares will be calling on the creativity and involvement of the whole C+C team, supporting causes close to their hearts. The charitable programme will run over a period of 12 months (31st March 2022).
